Use the keytool -delete command to delete an existing certificate.
Delete a certificate using the following command format:
keytool -delete
-alias keyAlias
-keystore keystore-name
-storepass password

keytool -delete -noprompt -alias ${cert.alias} -keystore ${keystore.file}
-storepass ${keystore.pass}
