instsrv.exe是微軟Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools工具中的一個。

使用方法演示：

我們在d盤建一個ipcpu.bat
內容：at 21:26 shutdown -s -t 200

然後添加服務：
(先把instsrv.exe放到C:\Program Files，當然，別的地方也行)

C:\Program Files>instsrv.exe ipcpu 「d:\ipcpu.bat」

The service was successfuly added!

Make sure that you go into the Control Panel and use
the Services applet to change the Account Name and
Password that this newly installed service will use
for its Security Context.

我們用services.msc打開服務管理可以看到，默認是關閉的，記著打開哦！

刪除服務：C:\Program Files>instsrv.exe ipcpu REMOVE
